I come from a background in mortgage lending and public relations, but I've been the Principal Broker and owner of Varvil Real Estate for more than 10 years. I was born and raised in Quitman, AR, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas. I am proud to be a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Honesty and ethical business practices are my highest priority. My specialties include rural homes and land, but I've helped clients buy and sell most any type of property, including foreclosures, subdivision homes, and small commercial properties.

Shannon previously worked in insurance sales and is very knowledgeable about residential real estate. Shannon and her husband, Brad, are raising their children in Quitman, and are proud to be residents of Central Arkansas.
